椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2009年3月～2012年3月在本院进行经椎体成形术治疗的骨折疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者32例,对所有患者的临床治疗资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果所有32例患者手术均顺利完成,手术平均(28.39±10.25)min,经过短暂的卧床休息后,患者均可以正常的活动,经住院观察(3.22±2.01)d。所有患者术后无明显的严重并发症产生,术后患者的临床疼痛症状明显得到缓解,手术加固椎体,明显增加了病变椎体的抗压缩性以及脊柱稳定性,有效避免了椎体塌陷的产生。结论对骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的患者进行经椎体成形术治疗具有确切的临床疗效,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect analysis on vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral body compression fractures. Methods Thrity-two patients treated with vertebroplasty to treat osteoporotic vertebral body compression fractures in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2012, the data of clinical treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 32 patients were successfully completed with average operation, average operation time were （28.39± 10.25） minutes, after short bed rest, patients could be normal activities, they were observed for （3.22±2.01） days in hospital. All patients had no obvious complications, clinical pain symptoms of patients were significantly alleviated after operation, reinforcement of vertebral operation, vertebral compression resistance and stability of the spine has been increased obviously to effectively avoid the generation of vertebral collapse. Conclusion Steoporotic vertebral body compression fractures treated by vertebroplasty in patients have exact effect, so it is worthy of clinical use.
