摘　　要：目的探讨直肠肛管损伤后的手术时机、方式和注意事项对预后的影响。方法回顾性分析15例直肠损伤的治疗处理方法。结果通过分析，不同的方法对预后的影响。结论早期完善的治疗及预防术后感染对直肠肛管损伤治疗非常重要。Objective To explore of select of the operative opportunity, operative way and matters of attention of injury rectum. Methods A retrospective analysis of 15 cases of rectal injury treatment processing method. Results through the analysis of the different ways in which the influence of the analysis on the prognosis. Conclusion Early diagnosis and prevention of postoperative infection is very important treatment to the rectum injury.
