摘　　要：目的不同病因引起交叉配血反应的结果异常，比较各自的特点。方法使用凝聚胺试剂盒进行交叉配血实验180例。结果交叉配血不正常结果的共30例，其中急性失血性贫血患者16例，尿毒症患者8例，白血病患者6例。结论不同病因能引起不正常的交叉配血反应结果，因此．在临床输血工作中应具体分析．才能得到正确的交叉配血反应结果。Objective different causes abnormal results of cross-matching of bSb0d reaction, compare their＇ characteristics. Methods Using Polybrene kits for cross-matching of blood experiment of 180 cases. Results the cross-matching of blood is not normal results of 30 cases, including 16 cases of acute blood loss anemia patients, eight cases of uremic patients, six cases of leukemia patients.. Conclusion The different causes can cause abnormal reaction cross-matching of blood results in clinical transfusion should be specific analysis, in order to get the correct cross-matching of blood reaction results.
