体外冲击波治疗骨科879例肢体疼痛患者的疗效观察与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨体外冲击波治疗对四肢及骨关节疼痛患者的止痛效果与护理方法。方法回顾分析我院2009年8月～2012年7月收治的肢体疼痛患者879例．采用体外冲击波治疗，1次／d，每3～5次为一个疗程，并针对该治疗施行系统专业的护理，对比治疗前后的疼痛变化，总结本组患者的治疗效果及护理措施。结果879例患者治愈161例，好转484例，有效190例，无效44例，总有效率为9312％。结论体外冲击波治疗可明显减轻患者肢体疼痛，良好护理有利于提高疗效。Objective To investigate the extracorporeal shock wave therapy on bone and joint pain in patients with analgesic effect and nursing methods. Methods a retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2009 August to 2012 July were 879 cases of limb pain patients, using extracorporeal shock wave treatment, I times a day, every 3～5 times as a course of treatment, and the treatment of implementation system of professional care, compared before and after treatment of pain in this group of patients, summarize the therapeutic effect and nursing measures. Results 879 patients cured of 161 people, 484 improved, 190 effective, 44 people, the total efficiency of 93.2%. Conclusion extracorporeal shock wave therapy can relieve pain in a limb, good nursing care and beneficial to improving curative effect.
