摘　　要：总结了26例下肢深静脉血栓患者行滤器置入术的围手术期护理．护理要点包括：术前宣教、溶栓护理、术前准备、术后并发症的预防和观察、心理护理。通过围手术期护理，可有效预防并发症的发生，提高手术成功率。Summary of 26 cases of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in patients with filter placement perioperative care, including care points： preoperative missionary, thrombolysis eat＇e, preoperative preparation and postoperative complications, prevention and observation, psyehologic＇,d care. Through the perioperative care, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of complications and improve the success rate of surgery.
