摘  要:目的:探讨加味温胆汤对抑郁模型大鼠海马神经元再生变化的影响。方法:以孤养结合慢性不可预见性应激抑郁模型大鼠为研究对象,在实验第7、14、21、28 d,采用免疫荧光双标技术检测各组大鼠海马神经元增殖与分化的再生变化情况。结果:在抑郁形成过程中,大鼠海马神经元NeuN/BrdU、β-tubulinⅢ/BrdU双标细胞数逐渐降低,至21、28 d时模型组NeuN/BrdU、β-tubulinⅢ/BrdU双标阳性细胞数明显减少,经中、西药治疗后,大鼠海马神经元NeuN/BrdU、β-tubulinⅢ/BrdU双标阳性细胞数下降趋势得到抑制,与模型组比较增加明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:抑郁形成过程中海马神经元增殖与分化减少的再生障碍渐次加重,加味温胆汤可逆转此现象。Objective: To probe regenerations of hippocampal neurons of rat depression model after treating with Jiawei Wendan decoction. Methods: The isolated model control group was living under unpredictable chronic stress. At the 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th days of the experiment, we detected proliferation and differentiation of bippoeampus neurons of each group by immunofluorescence double-labeled technology. Results: During the progress of depression, the number of NeuN/BrdU, ^-tubulin Ill/BrdU double-labeled cells in hippoeampus neurons of rats decreased gradually, which was obvi- ous in model control group at the 21st and 28th days. After treated by traditional Chinese medicine and Western medi- cine, this situation can be suppressed gradually and the number of NeuN/BrdU, 13-tubulin m/BrdU double-labeled cells increased comparing with that of the model control group( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : During the progress of de- pression, proliferation and differentiation of hippocampus neurons were damaging gradually, which could be reversed by Jiawei Wendan decoction.
