摘　　要：临床药师参与医疗质量查房是确保患者用药安全的重要保障。从指导合理用药、督查药品管理、严格管控药费、宣传药学知识、监护危重病人用药等5个方面,介绍了临床药师参与医疗质量查房的主要做法。临床药师参与查房,可及时发现临床药物使用和管理中存在的问题,可提供专业的药学服务,保障患者用药安全。Clinical pharmacists involved in medical quality rounds is an important safeguard to ensure the safety use of phar- maceutical. From five aspects： guiding the rational use of pharmaceutical, supervision of pharmaceutical Administration, strict control of cost, publicity pharmacological knowledge and monitoring of critically ill patients, the paper introduced the main re- sponsibilities of clinical pharmacist involved in the medical quality rounds. Clinical pharmacist participation in rounds can find the problems in use and management of clinical medicine timely and provide professional pharmacy services, to protect the safety and efficacy use of the medicine in patients.
