摘　　要：对双导程蜗轮滚刀的特点进行了说明,设计制定出符合图样要求的双导程蜗轮滚刀加工工艺流程,对保证双导程蜗轮滚刀加工精度的主要工序进行深入的分析和认真的总结。如今,双导程蜗轮结构应用越来越多,尤其在具有分度运动和旋转运动的数控机床上得到广泛应用,双导程蜗轮滚刀的加工及分析对实际加工有一定的借鉴意义。The characteristics of double load worm gear hob is explained, the double load worm flow meets the requirements of the pattern is designed, the in - depth analysis and serious summary on to ensure the double load worm gear hob machining accuracy are carried out. Today, the double load ture application is more and more, especially in cal control machine, the double load worm gear dividing movement and the rotary motion of the widely hob processing and analysis of actual processing have gear hob process the main process worm gear strne- used on numeri- a certain signifi-cance.
