摘  要:为了探讨大熊猫隐孢子虫的感染情况,用饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法检测来自大熊猫研究中心的57份大熊猫粪样,并对阳性分离株进行形态学、分子生物学鉴定和系统发育树构建。结果显示,在1只大熊猫(雄性,18岁)粪样中发现了隐孢子虫,卵囊的平均大小为4.60μm×3.99μm;在其18SrRNA、HSP70位点上,该分离株与隐孢子虫黑熊基因型同源性分别为98.5%、99.5%,碱基差异分别有12个和10个;种系发育显示宿主适应性特点。建议将此分离株定为新的基因型——隐孢子虫大熊猫基因型。To investigate the prevalence of Cryptosporidiurn infected giant panda,a total of 57 giant panda's fecal specimens were collected from China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda in Sichuan Province,China. The specimens were examined for Cryptosporidium oocysts by the sheather's sugar flotation technique and the oocysts were identified with morphology, molecular characterization and phylogenetic analysis. The results showed that an adult giant panda(male, 18 years-old) was infected by Cryptosporidiurn. In morphology, the average size of the oocysts was 4. 60 μm × 3. 99 μm. At the 18 S rRNA and HSP70 loci,the homologies of the isolate to black bear genotype were 98.5 % and 99.5 %, respectively,with 12 and 10 nucleotide differences. In addition,the isolate displayed host adaptation. There- fore, the Cryptosporidium in giant panda in this study is proposed as a new genotype, the Cryptosporidium giant panda genotype.
