摘 要:目的探讨依帕司他与甲钴胺联合治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者神经传导速度的影响。方法将68例DPN患者随机分为依帕司他组、甲钴胺组、依帕司他加甲钴胺联合治疗组和对照组,3个治疗组分别给予相应药物治疗,对照组仅基础治疗,疗程共12周,比较4组疗效及神经传导速度的改变。结果联合治疗组有效率为94.44%,依帕司他组为76.47%,甲钴胺组为70.59%,对照组为43.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3个治疗组神经传导速度改善均优于对照组,其中联合治疗组改善效果最好。结论依帕司他和甲钴胺联合治疗能更有效改善DPN患者的神经传导速度。Objective To investigate the nerve conduction velocity of Epalrestat and Mecobalamin in treating diabetic pe ripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods Sixty eight cases of DPN were randomly divided into four groups, i.e. Epalrestat treatment group, Mecobalamin treatment group, Epalrestat combined with Mecobalamin treatment group and control group. After a total of 12 weeks treatment, the curative efficacy and changes of nerve conduction velocity were compared in four groups. Results The total therapeutic effective rates were 94. 44% in combined treatment group, 76. 47% in Epalrestat group, 70.59 % in Mecobalamin group,43.75 % in the control group, respectively, and the differences were all with statistical ly significant ( all P〈0.05). The improvements of nerve conduction velocity in all three treatment groups were superior to the control group, which was also true among the combined group and single drug treatment group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of Epalrestat and Mecobalamin can significantly improve the nerve conduction velocity of DPN.
