摘 要:目的:观察硝酸镧作用后小鼠特异性抗体的形成、淋巴细胞转化及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的变化,探讨硝酸镧对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:昆明种小鼠60只,随机分为对照组、硝酸镧0.1、0.2、2.0、10.0和20.0mg·Kg-1组,每组10只,分别给予小鼠腹腔注射生理盐水、硝酸镧0.1、0.2、2.0、10.0和20.0mg·kg-11次;应用直接凝集法、3 H-TdR掺入放射自显影术和吞噬鸡红细胞法,检测硝酸镧作用后小鼠抗A抗体的效价、被标记淋巴细胞转化比值和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的比值。结果:与对照组比较,硝酸镧0.1、0.2和2.0mg·kg-1组小鼠抗A抗体的效价、被标记淋巴细胞转化比值和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞比值均显著升高(P<0.01);与对照组、酸硝镧0.1、0.2和2.0mg·kg-1组比较,酸硝镧10.0和20.0mg·kg-1组小鼠抗A抗体的效价、被标记淋巴细胞转化比值和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞比值显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:小剂量硝酸镧对小鼠特异性抗体的形成、淋巴细胞转化及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能具有明显促进作用,大剂量硝酸镧则具有明显的抑制作用。Objective To observe the changes of the formation of specific antibodies,lymphocyte transformation and peritoneal macrophage phagocytotic function in mice after treated with La(NO3)3,and to explore the effect of La(NO3)3 on immune function in mice.Methods 60 Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group,La(NO3)3 0.1,0.2,2.0,10.0 and 20.0 mg·kg-1 groups,there were 10 mice in each group,and the mice in various groups were given intraperitoneal injection of saline,La(NO3)3 0.1,0.2,2.0,10.0,and 20.0 mg·kg-1 once a day.Direct agglutination,3H-TdR incorporation radiation self-developing technique and phagocytic chicken erythrocytes were used to detect the anti-A-antibody titer,marked lymphocyte transformation ratio and ratio of chicken erythrocytes phagocytized by peritoneal macrophages after treated with La(NO3)3.Results Compared with control group,the anti-A antibody titer,the marked lymphocyte transformation ratio and the ratio of chicken erythrocytes phagocytized by peritoneal macrophages of mice in La(NO3)3 0.1,0.2 and 2.0 groups were increased significantly(P0.01);compared with control,La(NO3)3 0.1,0.2 and 2.0 groups,those indexes mentioned above in La(NO3)3 10.0 and 20.0 mg·kg-1 groups were decreased significantly(P0.01).Conclusion Small doses of La(NO3)3 can promote the formation of specific antibodies,lymphocyte transformation and phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages and large doses of La(NO3)3 have significantly inhibitory effects in mice.
