摘  要:利用指标气体预报煤炭自燃是预防和控制煤炭自燃火灾的重要方法,不同煤样自然发火的指标气体及临界值可能不同,在实际预报中,应根据矿井实际情况选择正确的指标气体及其临界值。通过自燃特性试验,研究了高头窑煤矿2-3煤层煤炭自燃过程中的标志性气体,分析了各气体产生量随煤样温度变化的曲线。确定该矿的主要指标气体为CO、C2H4及稀烷比。当CO含量持续存在并不断增加则认为煤炭已自燃,C2H4含量达到0.5ppm意味着煤体的温度可能已经达到145℃。该结果对该矿煤炭自燃火灾的预防和控制工作具有重要意义。The use of index gas to forecast coal spontaneous combustion is an important away to prevent and control coal spontaneous combustion fire. However, the index gas and threshold of different coal are different. In the actual forecast, selection of appropriate indicators gas and their threshold should be conducted based on the actual situa- tion of the mine. Though experiment of spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal, the index gas of Gaotouyao' s 2 -3 coal seam was investigated and the curve of gas level changed with coal temperature was analyzed. It was determined that the main indicators of mine gas are C0,C2H4 and the ratio of C2H4/C2H6. If the content of CO is persistent and increasing, it means the spontaneous combustion of coal has reached to 0. 5ppm ,we can say the temperature of coal has reached to 1450C. ting and controlling of spontaneous combustion in this coal mine. begun.
