摘  要:校车目前已成为学生上学的重要交通工具,而近几年频发的校车安全事故引起了社会各界对校车安全问题的高度关注。但大多数有关校车安全管理方面的研究比较偏重于如何提升校车本身硬件设备的可靠性,而缺乏对驾驶员的可靠性研究。针对当前国内校车安全管理现状,以近期发生的甘肃校车安全事故为例,运用第二代人因可靠性分析方法———CREAM对校车事故中的人因失误进行追溯性分析,找到事故发生根本原因。为今后在校车安全管理中采取相关措施,弥补安全漏洞,减少由人为因素导致的安全事故的发生提供依据,并为以后研究一般工业系统认知差错提供方法的借鉴。At present, the school bus has become the important traffic tool for students to go to school. In recent years, society has paid high attention to school bus safety for so many school bus safety accidents. But most re- search on school bus safety management emphasized on how to improve the reliability of the school bus hardware, but lack of the reliability research on driver. In view ment status and taking the school bus safety accident of the current domestic kindergarten school bus safety manage- that occurred in Gansu as an empirical sample, the root causes of human error in school bus safety accidents was analyzed using the retrospective analysis method in CREAM. The research can not only help us to take relevant measures and make up for security vulnerabilities and reduce the oc- currence of safety accidents caused by human factors in in school bus safety management system, but also provide reference in cognitive reliability and error analysis of industrial system.
