摘 要:以共缩聚法制备两种主链含5-氟尿嘧啶的可生物降解聚氨酯-酰胺共聚物,采用红外光谱、核磁共振、渗透压法和紫外分光光度法等方法对共聚物结构进行分析表征。聚合物的体外降解实验表明,不同pH值的缓冲液对药物的体外释药性能存在影响,所制备的聚氨酯-酰胺共聚物可在不同pH值溶液中释放出5-氟尿嘧啶或其单元,在酸性和中性介质中20h的体外释药率达到70%以上,是一种适合的药物缓释载体材料。Two novel polyurethane-amides containing 5-fluorouracil in the main chain were prepared and they have lactic acid/ethanol acid and ethylenediamine in the unit. The copol- ymers were characterized by means of I H-NMR, FF-IR, UV spectroscopy and molecular weight was determined by VPO. The hydrolysis of the copolymers was studied and the influence of the pH on the drug release in vitro was investigated. It was found that these two pro-drugs have a good solubility and can easily release 5-FU or 5-FU unit in different pH solution. The maximum value of release percentage is above 70% in 20h, the copolymers can be used as proper drug release carrier materials.
