摘  要:采用沉淀法和回流法合成ZnS/CNTs复合材料,并对合成的纳米结构进行透射电镜、光致发光光谱测试、XRD测试。结果表明:Zn(NO3)2和Na2S不同的引入顺序产生不同的包覆效果;发光曲线显示ZnS/CNTs纳米粒子在397nm处有一个强荧光峰,在282nm处有一个较弱的荧光峰;沉淀法制备的ZnS/CNTs复合材料呈立方闪锌矿结构,而回流法制得的ZnS/CNTs复合材料为立方闪锌矿和六方纤锌矿的混合物。ZnS/CNTs nano composite materials were successfully prepared by deposition and Post-refluxing treatment, and the synthesized nanostructure have been analyzed by using transmission electron microscope (TEM) photoluminescence (PL) properties and the XRD (X-ray diffraction)were investigated too. The results show that the order in which the Zn ( NO3 ) 2 and Na2S were introduced lead to the different effects of coating. The photolumnescence lines indicated that ZnS/CNTs nanoparticles exhibited a strong luminescent at 393 nm and a lower luminescent at 282nm. The fabric of ZnS/CNTs nano composite materials prepared by deposition is hexagonal wurtzite, while the fabric prepared by post-refluxing is the compound of hexagonal wurtzite and cubic sphalerite.
