摘  要:通过随机区组试验,对07-8、07-9、07-10、07-11、07-12、07-13、07-14、07-15等8个温室甜瓜自交系的叶面积、叶柄长、雌花数、叶片数、节间长、开展度、生长势、抗病性、果实整齐度、可溶性固形物含量、叶绿素含量、单果质量等多个指标进行综合调查分析,比较不同甜瓜自交系在温室条件下的生长发育和品质状况,筛选较优自交系。结果表明:自交系07-11雌花数多,可溶性固形物含量(14.5%)、叶绿素含量(44.17mg/g)高,单果质量(1 514.7g)较大,具有丰产潜能;07-14叶面积相对较小,叶柄及节间较短,雌花数多且结位高,可溶性固形物含量为13.7%,叶绿素含量为38.11mg/g,单果质量为967.8g,适合丰产型晚熟密植栽培。07-11 and 07-14 were selected as the most suitable melon inbred lines through the ran-dom block design culture,in which phenotypic indexes, i. e. , the growth, the leaf length, the leaf width, the number of leaves, the petiole length, the petiole width, blooming, female flower node, the average length between two leaves, soluble solids content, chlorophyll content and fruit mass of 8 inbred lines were investigated. The results showed that 07-11 was a high-yield variety for its soluble solids content(14.5%) ,chlorophyll content(44.17 mg/g) and fruit mass(1 514.7 g). 07-14 was fit for high-yield for its lots of hlooming,soluhle solids content(13.7%) ,chlorophyll con-tent(38.11 mg/g) and fruit mass(967.8 g). 07-14 could be used for density cultivation and late-matu-ring variety for short petiole length and length between two leaves, and high female flower node.
