摘　　要：概述了水利部江湖治理与防洪重点实验室2007年度开放研究基金14个资助项目的主要研究成果与进展,对14个资助项目进行了验收综合评价;给出了重点实验室发展规划的4个研究方向和20个重点研究领域。14个资助项目的主要研究成果包括:撰写成果报告14份,发表论文25篇,申请2项国家自然科学基金,完成1篇博士论文,出版专著1部,申请实用新型专利1项等;项目验收综合评价是6A和8B。重点实验室发展规划的4个研究方向是:江湖治理,防洪减灾,大型水利水电工程关键问题研究,以及流域水土资源保护与利用。Achievements and progresses of 14 projects supported by the open research fund 2007 of the Key Laboratory of River Regulation and Flood Control of the Ministry of Water Resources（MWR） are overviewed respectively and evaluated comprehensively.Four research orientations and 20 key research domains are planned for the development of the Key Laboratory.Main achievements of the 14 projects include 14 research reports,25 published papers,2 research projects ratified and funded by the Natural Science Foundation of China,1 disssertation for PhD candidate,1 published book and 1 patent for utility models.Among the 14 projects,6 are evaluated as first grade and 8 second grade.The research orientations planned for the Key Laboratory are river regulation,flood control and relief,key issues for large-scale water resources and hydropower projects,and protection and utilization of basin water and soil resources.
