8株方斑东风螺病原菌对17种中草药敏感性测定

摘　　要：采用抗菌中药体外药敏试验的平皿打孔法,测定了17种中草药对2株副溶血性弧菌、1株哈氏弧菌、1株创伤弧菌、1株腐败希瓦氏菌、1株鲍鱼希瓦氏菌、2株海藻希瓦氏菌共8株菌的抑菌作用;选取其中对供试菌株具有抑菌作用的11种中草药,进行两两联合药敏试验,以研究其抗菌相互作用关系。结果显示,五倍子、乌梅、苏木、猴耳环4种中草药对8株供试菌株呈高度敏感;大黄、地榆、桉叶3种中草药对8株菌呈中度敏感;黄芩、石榴皮、连翘、秦皮4种中草药除分别对一株菌腐败希瓦氏菌、哈氏弧菌、创伤弧菌、副溶血性弧菌1呈低度敏感外,对其余7株菌均呈中度敏感;石韦、鸭胆子、益智仁、郁金、板蓝根、贯众6种中草药除石韦对一株海藻希瓦氏菌呈中度敏感外,其余均呈低度敏感。联合药敏试验中除五倍子与桉叶、黄芩、秦皮,乌梅与黄芩、地榆,苏木与大黄、石榴皮,桉叶与黄芩,大黄与黄芩,地榆与秦皮等对药对8株菌中的某些菌株呈协同作用外,其余均呈相加作用,未见无关和拮抗作用。This experiment was conducted to study susceptibilities of 2 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,1 strain of Vibrio harveyi,1 strain of Vibrio vulnificus,1 strains of Shewanella putrefaciens, 1 strains of Shewanella abalone, 2 strains of ShewaneUa alga to 17 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine and the correlations of 11Chinese herbal medicine. The flat plate punch method were used.The results showed that 8 kinds of bacteria were sensitive to 4 Chinese herbal medicine including Galla chinensis.Armeniaca mume.Caesalpinia sappan. Pipleccellollcem clypsia Bemth;8 kinds of bacteria were moderately sensitive to 3 Chinese herbal medicine including Rheum omcinale Baill.Sanguisorba ofl＇icinalis.Eucalyptus;In 8 kinds of bacteria Shewanella putrefaciens, Vibrio harveyi, Vibrio vulnitlcus, Vibrio parabaemolyticus were only resistance to Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi .Pomegranate Rind.Forsythia suspensa.Fraxinus ehinensis Roxb,the remaining seven bacteria were moderately sensitive to these 4 Chinese herbal medicine; In 8 kinds of bacteria only 1 Shewanella alga were moderately sensitive to Folium pyrrosiae, the remaining were resistance to 6 Chinese herbal medicine including Folium pyrrosiae.Brucea javanica.Fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae.Radix Cureumae Aremaficae.Isatis indigotica Fort.Dryopteris setosa. The associated drug susceptibility testing showed that Galla chinensis and Eucalyptus.ScuteUaria baicalensis Georgi.Fraxinus chinensis Roxb,Armeniaca mume Sieb and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.Sanguisorba officinalis,Caesalpinia sappan and Rheum officinale Baill. Pomegranate Rind.Eucalyptus and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Rheum ofllcinale Baill and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Sanguisorba oflicinalis and Fraxinus chinensis Roxb,the relationship of this pairs to some of 8 bacteria were the synergy, the rest were additive effect, there is no independent and antagonism.
