意愿重游者与非意愿重游者差异的系统比较——以海南国际旅游岛为例

摘　　要：意愿重游者与非意愿重游者的差异比较对旅游地经营实践具有重要的意义。以两年内重游意愿为分析坐标,通过对海南国际旅游岛游客的调查获得基础数据,运用卡方检验的方法细致比较了意愿重游者和非意愿重游者在人口学特征、旅游偏好和旅游行为特征等方面的情况,发现两者在较多方面存在差异。The comparison of repeat tourists and non-repeat tourists is of great importance to tourism destination manage ment. With the repeat tourism within two years as the coordinate of analysis, the article makes a survey of tourists in Hainan International Tourism Island to get some data. It makes a detailed comparison of repeat tourists and non-repeat tourists in the aspects of demographic characteristics, travel preference and travel behavior with chi-square test, and finds out that there are differences between the two. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions about the research.
