中西医结合治疗宫外孕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗宫外孕的临床疗效。方法:将112例宫外孕患者随机分为治疗组62例与对照组50例,两组均予甲氨喋呤肌注和米非司酮口服,治疗组加用消瘀杀胚方口服。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.94%,对照组总有效率为80.00%。结论:消瘀杀胚方联合甲氨喋呤和米非司酮治疗宫外孕,不但可以提高保守治疗的成功率,而且可减低药物的毒副反应,并可适当放宽保守治疗的指征。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of treating ectopic pregnancy in the integrative medicine.Methods：112 cases of ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into treatment group（62 cases） and control group（50 cases）,the two groups were treated with methotrexate intramuscular injection and mifepristone,the treatment group were added Xiaoyu Shapei Fang recipe.Results：The total efficiency of treatment group was 91.94 percent,the total efficiency of control group was 80.00 percent.Conclusion：Xiaoyu Shapei recipe plus methotrexate and mifepristone treatment of ectopic pregnancy not only can improve the success rate of conservative treatment,but also can reduce drug toxicity,and appropriate relaxation of the indications of conservative treatment.
