琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片控制老老年持续性房颤心室率临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片控制老老年持续性房颤的疗效及安全性。方法:将49例持续性房颤患者随机分为观察组(24例)和对照组(25例),观察组在常规治疗基础上使用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片,对照组在常规治疗基础上采用小剂量地高辛。治疗4周后,观察两组治疗前后静息心室率、运动心室率变化。结果:两组患者的静息心室率治疗后比治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05);运动心室率观察组治疗后比治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),对照组治疗前后变化不显著(P>0.05),治疗后观察组运动心室率比对照组明显低(P<0.01);观察组总有效率为91.7%,明显高于对照组的84.0%(P<0.05)。结论:琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片能有效控制老老年房颤患者的心室率,达到治疗的目的。Objective ： To investigate the efficacy and safety of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets in controlling the very aged patients ventrieular rate of persistent atrial fibrillation.Methods ： 49 cases of patients with persistent atrial fibrillation were randomly divide into two groups.The observation group was 24 cases.The control group was 25 cases.Both groups were given the basis of conventional therapy.The observation grotlp used metoprOlol succinate sustained-release tablets.The control group uses small doses of digoxin.After four weeks treatment, changes of resting heart and heart rate after exercise rate were observed before and after treatment.Results ： The resting heart rate of two groups patients post-treatment was significantly lower than pretherapy（P〈0.05）.The observation group of heart rate after exercise post-treatment was significantly lower than pretherapy（P〈0.01）, but the control group did not change significantly before and after treatment（P〉0.05）.The observation group of heart rate after exercise post-treatment was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.01）.The total effective of observation group（91.7%） was significantly higher than control group（84.0%）.Conclusion ： Metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets can effectively control the elderly patients＇s ventricular rate of persistent atrial fibrillation, and achieve therapeutic purposes.
