复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗苔藓样皮肤淀粉样变病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗苔藓样皮肤淀粉样变病的疗效和安全性。方法:选取皮损位于双侧小腿且左右侧基本对称的38例患者,左侧皮损设为治疗组,右侧皮损设为对照组,分别外用复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏、0.025%全反式维甲霜,连续用药4周。结果:4周后两组基本痊愈率分别为47.37%、18.42%,有效率分别为84.21%、34.21%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组无不良反应发生,对照组不良反应发生率为7.89%。结论:复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗苔藓样皮肤淀粉样变病安全、有效。Objective ： To evaluate the efficacy and rehability of clobetasol propionate compound ointment for the treatment of lichenoid amyloidosis.Methods ： 38 patients with lichenoid amyloidosis whose lesion distributed in two shank symmetrically were selected and treated for four weeks, and the left shank （treatment group） was treated with clobetasol propionate compound ointment therapy, the right one （control group ）with 0.025% all-trans-retinoic acid cream.Results ： The curative rates were 47.37% for treatment group and 18.42% for control group.The efficacy rates were 84.21% and 34.21%, respectively, there were statistical difference in treatment group and control group（P〈0.01） in the curative rates and efficacy rates.In the treatment groups none side effects was found and side effects were found in 7.89% patients of control greup.Conclusion ： Clobetasol propionate compound ointment is an effective and safety agent for the treatment of lichenoid amyloidosis.
