摘　　要：农村公共产品需求有力量分散、建立在有能力支付基础上及急速增加等特点,就黔西南州农村公共产品的需求而言,又具有一定特殊性,黔西南州农业人口比重较大、工业化的进一步发展、各县区发展的不均衡等因素促使全州农民对公共产品需求向高质性、复杂性、多样性发展。There have the features of force decentralization, being based on the ability to pay and the rapid increase for the de- mand of rural public product. As far as the rural public product demand in Southwest Guizhou is concerned, and that has some par- ticularity, the larger proportion of agricultural population, further development of industrialization, as well as the unbalance between countries and countries in Southwest Guizhou, which promotes all of peasants for public product requirement in Southwest Guizhou to the development of high quality, complexity and diversity.
