民用飞机燃油箱传热计算方法研究

摘　　要：对燃油箱进行热分析计算的目的是为了计算油箱中燃油以及无油空间的温度,从而为蒙特卡罗计算提供输入。根据飞机燃油箱安全适航条款以及修正案的要求,对飞机燃油箱热分析的目的、模型构架、输入输出参数及其过程进行了分析研究,提出了飞机燃油箱热分析计算的思路。The purpose of thermal analysis for fuel tank is to calculate the parameters to be used as inputs for Monte Carlo Flammability Analysis. The calculation parameters mainly include fuel temperature, ullage temperature, etc. Based on the requirements prescribed in the airworthiness regulations and amendments related to civil aircraft fuel tank explode prevention, the fuel tank thermal analysis purpose, thermal model architecture, inputs and outputs, as well as the process are presented in this paper. The thermal analysis principle for civil aircraft fuel tank is presented.
