摘　　要：通过对国内民用飞机验证试飞计划、任务及特点的分析,结合参与试飞现场计划管理的实际工作经历,运用管理学的基本理论,对国内民用飞机验证试飞计划的管理与控制提出了一些具体的建议,以期对验证试飞计划的有效推进和项目目标的实现提供参考。The purpose of this paper is to suggest some detailed proposals for civil aircraft certification flight test project management and control, by analyzing the plan, task and feature of civil aircraft certification flight test pro- ject combined with actual work experience of on-site flight test project management, in order to provide reference for effective progress on flight test project and achievement of certification goals.
