摘　　要：催化剂的合理选型、合适的装填定额及各段装填比例是硫酸装置尾气二氧化硫排放达标的主要保证。介绍了针对不同的转化流程、不同装置生产能力结合钒催化剂不同的性能特征制定的适宜的钒催化剂的选型及装填方案,并列举了钒催化剂的应用实例。Proper selection of catalyst,appropriate charging volume and filling ratio of each section are main insurances for tailgas SO2 emission per standard from the sulphuric acid plant.The selection and filling plans for proper vanadium catalyst prepared for different conversion flows,production capacity of different units are reviewed,as well as different properties of vanadium catalyst.And actual examples of vanadium catalyst application are given.
