摘　　要：民族博物馆是收藏、保护、研究、陈列具有少数民族特色物品的专门博物馆。收藏以民俗文物为标志的非物质文化遗产,可以增强民族博物馆陈列的地方特色。民族博物馆保护非物质文化遗产具有特殊的社会责任。对我国非物质文化遗产的保护领域,必须纳入国际法和国内法全面保护的视野。The nationalities museum is a special museum which has the functions of collecting, protecting, researching and displaying the articles with minorities＇characteristics. The collection of intangible cuhural inheritances marked with folk - custom cultural relics can enhance local characteristics of the displays in the nationalities museum. Protecting the intangible cultural inheritances is a special social responsibility of the nationalities museum. The protection of intangible cultural inheritances in China should be incorporated into the all-round protection field by international law and domestic law.
