摘　　要：本文以山西钢铁物流园区园区内员工为调查对象,以健康促进理论为指导,通过问卷调查、访谈等方法了解园区内园区内员工的健康状况和体育生活方式的现状,分析员工健康水平与体育生活方式之间的联系,最后在健康促进理论和相关应用模式的指导下,探索以园区内为主导,以体育活动为核心的员工健康促进对策,为相关园区内群体员工的健康促进提供一个个案参考。First of all, papers to the employees of steel logistics park of Shanxi as the research object, to health promotion theory as a foundation of research, through the questionnaire survey and interview staffs of logistics park to analysis the staff＇s health status and sports physically-active lifestyle status; followed by the analysis of the level of health and physically-active lifestyle between the contact. Finally, in the study of health promotion theory and related application mode on the basis of research, papers will propose the strategies of the employee health promotion which is dominant and take sports acti^vities as the core of it. It will provide a case reference of employee health promotion for other relevant enterprises.
