摘　　要：产学研联合培养研究生是研究生教育主动适应社会,加强社会适应性,增强研究生的实践能力和社会适应能力,强化研究生创新意识与创新能力培养的重要举措。各高校具体模式的选择因办学定位及人才培养目标的不同而不同。新疆高校在具体的模式选择中应结合各自的办学定位、办学实力以及研究生培养目标来进行,并与新疆经济发展水平和发展环境相适应;在具体实践中,可以产学研联合培养研究生基地模式为主体,以项目合作与兼职导师模式为补充,以大学科技园模式为辅助。The combination of combined training of the postgraduate is a graduate education actively adapt to society, to strengthen the adaptability, enhance the graduate student＇ s practical ability and social adaptation ability, strengthen graduate students innovation consciousness and innovation ability training important action.
