摘  要:以一种木本植物为原料,以阳离子醚化剂(ETA)为改性剂,合成阳离子絮凝剂.根据Plackett-Burman中心组合方法进行六因素二水平试验设计,筛选6个影响絮凝效果的主要影响因子,选取透光率为响应值对絮凝剂的制备条件进行优化.结果表明,醚化剂用量、活化温度、碱浓度是主要影响因素.最佳工艺条件:活化温度为37.5℃、碱浓度为25%、醚化剂用量为5.5g.A woody plants from Qi ionic flocculants by modifying the ment program with six factors and od of Plackett-Bur was chosen as the nling mountains was used as plant powders with a cation two levels was designed by man to select six main factors affecting the f response value to optimize the preparation The results show that alkalinity. The luminousness conditions of the flocculation the main factors are etherification dosage, activation temperature and 1 conditions are following .- etherification dosage of 5.5 g, the activa 5 ℃ and the alkali concentration of 25 %0.
