海外就业导向型旅游人才培养模式探索——三亚学院旅业管理学院的探索与实践

摘　　要：目前国内的旅游高校国际化人才培养模式如中外合作办学校、中外合作办专业、中外师生交流等,存在着学生学习成本高、难以大批量培养国际化人才的弊端。三亚学院在借鉴各种模式的经验基础上,通过近年来国际化人才培养实践,构建了间接的知识和技能教育国际化平台、知识和技能国际化实践综合平台和海外工作经历平台,初步形成了以海外就业为导向,海外企业实习为主导、海外交流学习为辅助,校内专业知识和技能教育为基础的海外工作导向型的大批量的国际化人才培养模式,产生了较好的教育效果。The modes of training international tourism talents formed by domestic higher education institutions such as coopera- ted university,cooperated major,exchange program abroad,can not expand to all students because of the higher cost. Based on the former four basic international tourism talents education mode, Sanya College has built one indirect knowledge and skill edu- cation international platform,one international practice platform and one international working experience platform, established international working experience mode which can train plenty international talents.
