摘　　要：探讨高职高专护理专业《护理管理学》课程改革,旨在更好地全面贯彻落实教育部有关高等职业教育的文件精神,适应当前医疗护理事业的发展,满足护理岗位对人才的需求,深化校企合作、工学结合,探索适合高职高专护理人才培养目标的课程新体系;编写适合教改需要的特色教材,实现专业课程内容与职业标准对接;改革教学方法,体现"教、学、用"一体化的现代教育新理念,培养学生的实践能力、思维能力和创新能力。This paper discusses the higher vocational education of nursing specialty curriculum reform of ＂ nursing management ＂,aims to better implement the document of the Ministry of Education on higher vocational education,adapt to the current medical care develop ment in nursing posts, to meet the demand for talents, deepen the school--enterprise cooperation, combine learning with working, to ex plore the suitable nursing talents in higher vocational education training objectives of new curriculum reform; to prepare for the needs of teaching materials,implementation of curriculum contents and occupation standard docking;to reform teaching method, to incarnate ＂ teaching, learning, use＂ in the integration of modern education idea, to cultivate students＇ practical ability, thinking ability and innovative ability
