摘　　要：河北省提出以打造新兴产业为主导的环首都绿色经济圈发展规划,为区域内都市型现代农业等产业的进一步发展提供了重要的战略指引。通过阐释都市型现代农业内涵及形成与发展因素,在对环首都都市型现代农业发展进行SWOT分析的基础上,提出了环首都都市型现代农业的发展路径,以实现国务院在《全国主体功能区规划》中提出的京津冀地区"发展都市型现代农业"的要求和提升河北省相关区域农业产业与京津的对接度。New pattern industry plays an important role in the Ring the Capital Economic Circle＂ program to Hebei Province, that also provides the strategic directs to metropolis modern agriculture and other industries. Research on this content bases on the analysis of SWOT in the development of metropolis-modern agriculture in peripheral area around the capital. The development paths of metropolis-modern agricul ture in the right area which is put forward to achieving the requirement of the modern agricultural economy in Beijing-Tianji t-Iehei region pro- posed in the National Plan for Development Priority Zones by state council. Achievements of the paths can also promote the industrial connec- tion degrees of the Hebei relative areas among Beijing and Tianjin
