竞技体育中国式改革成功的策略与启示

摘　　要：改革开放30多年,中国竞技体育取得了巨大的成功:在国际竞技赛场上成绩日益提高,创建了与国情紧密结合的竞技体育发展模式,基本完善了法规体系,大幅度拓展了资金注入渠道.竞技体育的成功得益于3个基本策略:体制外改革、渐进主义改革和举国体制.为了迎接将要到来的转折期,我国竞技体育改革应加快体制内的改革步伐,实行复合式的发展战略,构建"三位一体"人才培养模式,进一步完善相关法规.30 years of reform and opening up, China＇s sports achieved a great success, achieved excellent results in the international arena, built a integrated sports mode suit with the national development model, improved the legal system, expanded channels for capital injection. Benefit from the success of three basic strategies： reform strategies outside the system, gradualism reform strategy and national system. To meet that will be the turning point coming, Chinese sports system reform should be sped up the pace of reform, carry out composite develop ment strategies, construct the ＂trinity＂ of the personnel training mode, and further improve the relevant laws and regulations.
