商务印书馆函授学社国语科办学特点及其启示(上)

摘　　要：商务印书馆函授学社国语科灵活创建了一种介于"本科"与"选科"之间的中短期培训班形式的非学历函授教育体制,主要针对小学教员进行培训。这种新型的开放式教育体制符合民国社会发展的实际需要,取得了显著的教学效果。国语科的教学体制、师资构成、教材特点、课程设置、面授教学环节及使用电子媒介辅助函授教育的做法对当今中小学老师继续教育,都具有宝贵的启发和借鉴意义。国语科在中国近代师资培训、教师教育、远程教育发展史及国语运动史上都具有重大的历史意义。School of modem Chinese language set up in the Commercial Fress t^orresponaence ~cnools .ex^my establishes the non-academic correspondence education system in the form of short-term training courses, which is neither different from ＂Regular Course＂, nor different from ＂Special Course＂, mainly for primary school teachers. The new-typed open education system is in line with the needs of actual development of the Republic of China, so the non- academic correspondence education system makes significant teaching effectiveness. And its teaching system, teachers constitution, textbook characteristics, curriculum, face-to-face teaching links as well as the practice of applying electronic media to correspondence education are with valuable insights and significance for teacher education career of training the primary and secondary school teachers by the non-academic correspondence education system. School of modem Chinese language has great historical significance in the modem Chinese history of teaching training, teachers education, distance education and Modern Chinese Language Movement.
