摘 要:实验考察了四水硝酸钙在实际体系即硝酸酸解磷矿后所得的酸解液中,在混合悬浮混合排出(MSMPR)结晶器里,在19℃条件下,不同停留时间对其结晶动力学参数的影响,得到其成核速率与悬浮密度、生长速率的关系式:B0=5.209 8×104MT1.056 3G1.109 4。此外,还考察了在实际体系中,在19℃、45 min停留时间条件下,不同搅拌速率对四水硝酸钙结晶动力学参数的影响,得到关联式:B0=1.732 5×103MT1.037 1G1.021 3np0.606 6。将实际体系下得到的两式与文献中Ca(NO3)2-H2O和Ca(NO3)2-H3PO4-HNO3-H2O体系下的两式进行比较,比较结果对实际工业生产具有重要的指导意义。In the actual system,i.e, in the acid solution after the nitric acid dissolving the phosphate rock,in a continuous mixed suspension mixed product removal (MSMPR) crystallizer at 19 ℃ ,the influences of different residence times on the crystallization kinetic parameters of calcium nitrate tetrahydrate were investigated and the correlation of the nucleation rate, suspension density, and growth rate was obtained, i.e.B^0=5.2098x10^4Mr^1.0563,G^1.1094.Meanwhile, in the actual system, at 19 ℃, in 45 min, the effects of different stirring rates on the crystallization kinetic parameters of calcium nitrate tetrahydrate were investigated and the relationship was B^0=1.7325x10^3Mr^1.0371,G^1.1213np^0.6066.The two formulas of actual system were contrasted with the ones of Ca(NO3)2-H2O and Ca(NOa)2-H3PO4-HNO3-H2O systems in literature.The results had an important guiding significance to the actual industrial production.
