摘 要:以高锰酸钾为主要原料,经水热反应、煅烧合成尖晶石型锂锰氧化物Li1.6Mn1.6O4。用盐酸对Li1.6Mn1.6O4进行锂-氢交换,制得具有锂离子吸附效果的吸附剂H1.6Mn1.6O4。采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对反应过程的中间产物及最终产物进行表征。对H1.6Mn1.6O4进行吸附实验,结果表明吸附剂对锂离子具有较好的吸附效果,最大吸附量为46 mg/g。用盐酸对吸附饱和的吸附剂进行脱锂实验,结果表明脱附率在95%以上,溶损率在3%左右。Spinel Li1.6Mn1.6O4 was synthesized with KMnO4 as raw material via hydrothermal reaction and calcinations.Then H1.6Mn1.6O4 which had a lithium adsorption effect was produced by exchanging H+ in HC1 with the lithium of spinel Li1.6Mn1.6O4. The intermediate-product and end-product were characterized by SEM and XRD.The results of adsorption experiment using H1.6Mn1.6O4 as the adsorbent, showed that the synthetic adsorbent had a good performance in adsorption capacity to lithium ions with the maximum adsorption of 46 mg/g.And the results of desorption experiment with HC1 showed that the desorption rate was above 95% and the dissolved loss rate was about 3%.
