基于共建共享的高校图书馆数字资源建设探析

摘　　要：计算机网络远程访问技术的发展,使大量的网络数字资源得到开发利用,促进了经济发展和社会进步,国内高校图书馆在数字资源建设方面已有相当规模,但大部分存在数字资源重复建设、研究级用户所需的高端数字资源配置不足的情况;由此,探讨推动校园Web2.0技术的普及,促进高校图书馆以"馆藏资源为中心"到以"用户为中心"的服务转变,改进"文检课"教学方法,由省教育厅统一组织规划协调高校图书馆数字资源共建共享工作,引进国外数字资源,组建图书馆联盟,为教学、科研和区域经济发展提供有力支持。The development of computer network remote access technology enables a large amount of network digital resources to be developed and utilized, which has promoted economic development and social progress, l）o- mestic university library has had a certain scale in the aspect of digital resources construction, ttowcver, there are problems of repeated construction of digital resources and insufficient higher digital resources allocation for research - level users. Therefore, we should probe into the spreading of campus web2.0 technology, promote university li- brary~ service transformation from collection- resource- centered to user- centered, improve the teaching method of document retrieval lesson, follow the unified program of university library digital resource co -construction and co - sharing organized and coordinate by the education department of the province, introduce foreign digital resources, establish library alliance so as to provide powerful support for teaching, research and regional economic develop- ment.
