摘　　要：通过将梦窗词集毛晋本与明钞本作比对,认为毛晋本虽未经精审校勘,但后世校雠家因未能审择点窜,故不乏以正为误者。另外,毛晋本经毛扆校改后,已近明钞面貌,甚至对明钞亦有諟正。梦窗词集的著名校家,多因未见毛扆校本,甚或亦未见明钞本,故对毛晋本的定谳多有失实之处。Through a comparison to the copy edition in Ming Dynasty, it is found that Mao Jin edition, though not detailed collated, is to certain extent correct. Due to negligence of later collaters, some of the correct points are mistaken as error. Besides, edition became closer to the copy edition in Ming through Mao Yi＇s collating, the Mao Jin Dynasty, and sometimes serving as correction to the copy edition. However, as many annotators failed to see Mao Yi＇s collated edition, or failed to see the copy edition, they display some misunderstandings of Mao Jin＇s version.
