摘 要:设计电磁随钻测量系统套筒密封性能的测试装置及试验方案,对某套筒的密封性能进行气压试验,并通过ANSYS模拟分析及理论计算对试验方案的可靠性进行验证。试验、模拟及计算发现,测试的套筒在膨胀的同时,两端接头出现了扭转的趋势,套筒径向变形量较大,因而出现了泄漏。模拟及计算结果验证了试验方案的可靠性,表明该测试装置及试验方案可用于套筒密封性能的检测,能确定套筒的耐压范围。The sealing performance testing device and test scheme of electromagnetic measurement while drilling (MWD) system sleeve were designed, the pneumatic test was taken for the sleeve in sealing performance, and the reliability of the test scheme was verified through the ANSYS simulation analysis and theoretical calculation. The results of test, simulation and calculation show that when the sleeve expands, the trend of torsion appears at both ends of the connector of sleeve ,and the sleeve radial deformation is quite large, therefore the leakage appears. Simulation and calculation results verify the reliability of the test scheme, which shows that the test system and test scheme can be used in the sleeve performance testing, and determine the sleeve pressure range.
