摘 要:建立乳化液润滑轧辊轴承的数学模型,分别在等温和热条件下对乳化液润滑轧辊轴承的弹流润滑问题进行数值模拟,讨论轧制力和转速对乳化液润滑膜压力和膜厚的影响。结果表明:等温条件下,当轧制力一定时,随着转速的增加第二压力峰增大,而膜厚及最小膜厚都增大;随着轧制力的增大,压力峰值有显著增大,但在入口区压力、膜厚及最小膜厚减小。热条件下,随着轧制力增大,膜厚和最小膜厚逐渐减小,而对压力几乎没有影响;随着转速的增大,膜厚和最小膜厚逐渐增大,压力逐渐减小,第二压力峰也逐渐降低甚至消失。The mathematical model of emulsion lubricated roller bearing was established. The numerical simulation of elastohydrodynamic lubrication(EHL) problem for emulsion-lubricated roller bearing was carried out ,and the influence of rolling force and speed on the film pressure and film thickness was discussed under isothermal and thermal conditions respectively. The results show that under isothermal condition, when rolling force keeps constant, the second pressure peak and the film thickness and minimum film thickness are increased with the increase of speed; with the increasing of the rolling force, the pressure peak is increased sharply, and the film thickness and minimum film thickness are decreased obviously. Under the thermal condition, the film thickness and minimum film thickness are decreased with the increasing of the rolling force, but the rolling force has less effect on the pressure;with the increasing of the speed, the film thickness and the minimum film thickness are increased gradually, the pressure is decreased gradually, and the second pressure peak is decreased even disappeared.
