摘 要:开发一种发动机润滑油质量在线监测传感器。该传感器利用多波长光来感知润滑油质量变化情况,对润滑油具有较好的区分能力。实验研究光源强度变化、温度变化对该传感器检测精度的影响,并考察其检测稳定性和对不同等级润滑油的区分能力。结果表明,传感器在实验室条件下能够有效地检测润滑油的质量,且受光源强度变化和环境温度变化的影响较小,具有良好的工作稳定性。An online monitoring sensor on engine oil quality was designed, which uses the multi-wavelength light to detect the variation of oil quality and can distinguish the lubricating oil effectively. The effects of the variation of light intensity and temperature on the measurement precision of the sensor were investigated by experiments, and the working stability of the sensor and the distinguishing capacity on different grade oil were tested. The results show that the sensor can effectively detect and distinguish oil quality,it has good working stability and is almost not affected by the variation of light intensity and temperature.
