摘　　要：目的:探讨X线、MSCT(多层螺旋CT)在重型脊柱损伤中的诊断价值。方法:对我院2011年3月至2012年4月收治的46例重型脊柱损伤患者应用X线、MSCT诊断的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:单纯椎体压缩骨折MSCT诊断阳性率明显优于X线平片,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MSCT是重型脊柱损伤的首选诊断方法,而X线脊柱平片可作为一般的补充诊断方法。Objective： To investigate the X-ray diagnostic value of MSCT （multi-slice spiral CT） in severe spinal injury. Methods： Admitted to our hospital from March 2011 to April 2012, 46 patients with severe spinal injury patients with X-ray MSCT diagnosis of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Simple vertebral compression fractures MSCT diagnosis were significantly superior to X-ray film, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： MSCT is the preferred diagnostic method for severe spinal injury, spine plain film X-ray as a general supplementary diagnostic method.
