电子商务物流服务业发展特点及对策探析

摘　　要：近年来,电子商务的快速发展使得我国物流服务业机遇与挑战兼备。一方面,我国物流服务业的政策环境不断改善,正加速向成长型转型;另一方面,物流服务业制约着电子商务企业的快速发展。我国电子商务物流服务业具有地域性、行业性、增长粗放性等发展特点。针对物流服务业发展过程中存在的问题,从制定政策配套细则、明确管理权责主体、注重物流人才培养、加强基础建设、推进信息化物流五个方面对电子商务物流服务业的发展提出了对策与建议。In recent years, the rapid development of e-commerce has triggered both opportunities and challenges in China＇s logistics service industry. Based on the analyzing of the current development of the logistics industry of e-commerce in China, this paper summarizes the developmental characteristics of e-commerce logistics industry. In the end, it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the logistics industry in the following five aspects： setting policy supporting roles, making explicit management accountability subjects, focusing on cultivating qualified staff, enhancing infrastructure and propelling the informatization constuction.
