摘 要:目的:观察i-STAT便携式血气分析仪在长航核潜艇艇员血气分析中的应用效果。方法:采用i-STAT便携式血气分析仪对某长航核潜艇20名艇员进行实地血气分析。结果:与水上航行期比较,下潜航行期二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)和氧饱和度(SaO2)上升显著(P<0.05);下潜航行后血钾下降明显(P<0.05),血钠和血钙水平无明显变化(P>0.05),但血钙处于正常值较低水平。红细胞压积(HCT)和血色素均有下降趋势(P<0.05)。结论:i-STAT便携式血气分析仪在核潜艇长航条件下能够现场、实地监测艇员动脉血气指标。Objective To observe the effectiveness of i-STAT portable blood gas analyzer in testing the blood gas analysis index of the nuclear submarine sailors during long voyage. Methods The i-STAT portable blood gas analyzer was applied to testing the blood gas analysis index of 20 nuclear submarine sailors during long voyage. Results During navigating underwater, the test results of PaCO2, PaO2, SaO2 were higher than those sailing on the surface of sea. The differences were significant(P〈0.05), and serumpotassium decreased significantly(P〈0.05). During underwater navigation, serumsodium and serum-calcium almost didn't change. The serum calcium was in low level of normal range. HCT and Hb tended to decrease (P〈0.05). C, Conclusion The i-STAT portable blood gas analyzer can test the arterial blood gas analysis index of nuclear submarine sailors on the site during long voyage.
