淮安市城市内河生态环境综合整治措施研究

摘　　要：内河就像城市的血脉,肩负着城市景观、泄洪排涝、城市水源等多方面的功能。然而随着城市经济社会的发展,许多城市内河遭受着各种各样的污染和破坏,影响了城市环境和居民健康。本文以淮安市清安河为例,通过调查现状和存在的问题,分析了产生的原因,进而提出了切实可行的解决办法。The inner river Looks like the blood of city, which are playing the functions of urban landscape, flood drainage, urban water source and so on. However, with the development of urban social economy, a great deal of urban rivers, suffered from all kinds of pollution and damage, so that the urban environment and the health of resident, were affected. This article took the Qing＇an river in Huai＇tn city as an example, through present situation investigation and existing problems, the causes of pollution were anlyised and the recommendations on practical solutions were also proposed.
