摘 要:基于所研制的单活塞式液压自由活塞柴油机原理样机,对冷启动过程中的循环波动进行了试验研究.研究结果表明,约150循环后发动机完成冷启动过程,进入稳定工作状态.冷启动过程中,随着工作循环数的不断增加,下止点位置、反弹量和停留位置的波动逐渐减小;气缸内最大燃烧压力值逐渐减小;压升率极值波动较大并大于临界值.稳定运转后,最大压升率波动减小并趋于稳定;燃烧放热率峰值随工作循环数的增加有所降低,速燃期持续时间没有明显变化;缓燃期和后燃期持续时间逐渐增加;燃烧过程逐渐趋于稳定.On the basis of principle prototype of a single piston hydraulic free-piston diesel engine (HFPDE), the cycle-to-cycle variations in cold starting process were investigated. The results indicate that the cold starting process was completed after 150 engine cycles. During the cold starting process, a few of dependent relationship could be observed as follows. The variation of bottom dead center reduces as engine cycles increase, so does piston bouncing and dwelling position. The maximum pressure in cylinder is reduced gradually. The peak pressure rise rate is larger than critical value and fluctuates greatly until stable operation. The peak heat release rate also decreases with the increase of engine cycles. As engine cycles increase, the time duration at pre-mixed combustion phase is almost constant, while it becomes longer at mixing-controlled combustion phase and late combustion phase. The combustion process gradually stabilizes after cold starting process.
