经阴道超声检查对异位妊娠的定位诊断价值

摘　　要：目的应用经阴道超声检查对异位妊娠声像图特点进行分析并对其定位诊断进行评价。方法我院2010年1月-2012年1月经妇科检查及阴道超声检查、尿HCG或血β-HCG阳性并经手术病理证实的异位妊娠患者104例,对其声像图表现进行回顾性分析。结果 104例异位妊娠中,输卵管妊娠(壶腹部、峡部及伞部)92例,符合率为94.57%;卵巢妊娠3例,误诊3例;切口妊娠3例,符合率为66.67%;间质部妊娠2例,符合率为50%;子宫颈妊娠3例,符合率为100%;腹腔妊娠1例,符合率为100%。结论异位妊娠声像图具有特征性表现,经阴道彩色超声检查是诊断异位妊娠的首选方法。Objective To analyze the trans-vaginal ultrasound imaging features of ectopic pregnancy and assess their value for the level diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods One hundred and four ectopic pregnancy patients admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were included in this study. Their diagnosis was confirmed by trans-vaginal ultrasonic examination and positive urine HCG or blood β-HCG, and their trans-vaginal ultrasound imaging features were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 104 patients, 92（94.57%） were diagnosed with tubal pregnancy, 3 with ovarian pregnancy, 3 with uterine pregnancy, 3 misdiagnosed, 3（66.67%） with incision pregnancy, 2（66.67%） with interstitial pregnancy, 3（100%） with cervical pregnancy, 1（100%） with abdominal pregnancy. Conclusion Ectopic pregnancy imaging shows its specific features. Trans-vaginal color ultrasonography is the first choice of method in level diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
