摘　　要：目的对《军医进修学院学报》(以下简称《学报》)2009-2011年度主要计量学指标进行分析,为期刊可持续发展提供决策依据。方法参考2009-2011年度《中国科技期刊引证报告(核心版)》,对《学报》2009-2011年度总被引频次、基金论文比、平均引文数、他引率、影响因子和综合评价总分进行分析比较。结果 2009-2011年度,《学报》除因载文量增大导致影响因子小幅下降外(6.67%),其他反映期刊质量的数据如总被引频次、基金论文比、平均引文数、他引率和综合评价总分均大幅上升,增幅分别达23.22%、90.90%、31.51%、15.38%和25.80%。结论 2009年以来,《学报》质量逐年提升,影响力逐步加大,有着良好的可持续发展势头。Objective To provide the evidence for the development of Chinese PLA Postgraduate Medical School by analyzing the major bibliometric indexes of papers published in it from 2009 to 2011. Methods The total cited frequency, foundation-supported papers, average number of citations, cited rate, impact factor （IF）, and total overall assessment score of the papers published in the journal from 2009 to 2011 were comparatively analyzed according to CHINESE S＆T Journal Citation Reports in 2009-2011 core edition. Results The total cited frequency, foundation-supported papers, average number of citations, cited rate, and total overall assessment score of the papers published in the journal from 2009 to 2011 were greatly increased with a growth rate of 23.22%, 90.90%, 31.51%, 15.38% and 25.80%, respectively, except for the IF which decreased 6.67% due to the sharply increased papers published in 2009-2011. Conclusion The following measures that directly influence the virtuous growth of different bibliometric indexes of the journal help to improve its long-term sustainable development, such as keeping abreast of the subject development orientation, strengthening solicited and invited contributions from experts in different subjects, and increasing the coverage of papers supported by national and provincial foundations.
