上部烟叶一次性采烤技术对烟叶可用性的影响

摘　　要：采用田间试验的方法,研究了云南师宗的上部烟叶一次性采收和分批采收对烟叶的组织结构、干物质积累量、外观质量、内在品质、香气吃味及烟叶可用性的影响。试验结果表明:不同叶片数采收方式对上部烟质量影响较大,上部一次性采收处理烤后烟叶的颜色、成熟度、叶片结构、身份、油分、色度等外观质量综合评价优于烟农常规分次采收,烟农种植收益有所提高;上部烟叶一次性采收的工业适用性高于烟农常规分次采收(CK),且4～6叶位烟叶的工业适用性高于1～3叶位。Using field experiments to study the effects of one-time plucking and butch plucking on tissue structure, accumulation amount of dry matter, appearance quality, internal quality, fragrance, taste and usability of upper tobacco leaves. The results showed that the plucking method with different leaf numbers impacted the quality of upper tobacco leaves greatly, in which the cured tobacco leaves with one-time plucking method had better comprehensive evaluation of appearance quality, such as color, maturity, leaf structure, status, oil and chroma, in comparison with conventional two batches plucking method, and the planting benefits of tobacco planted farmers increased at certain level; the industrial usability of upper tobacco leaves with one-time plucking method was higher than that of conventional two batches plucking method （CK）, moreover, the industrial usability of leaves at 4-6 nodes was higher than that at 1 -3 nodes.
